Lisa was fabulous! We looked at so many houses after she helped us narrow down what areas to look at. She was always available to us and really listened to what we wanted. She and her team were professional, efficient and oh so patient. She had or found out an answer to every one of our questions and really helped us find the perfect house for us. She utilized every tool available to make all our trips smooth and organized and once again she was so helpful and patient, we looked at a lot of houses. This was the 6th house that we have purchased and we have never had an agent who offered so many services. Lisa is so much more than just a real estate agent. In our wildest dreams we could not have imagined such a pleasant buyer/realtor experience in this age of high pressure house hunting and buying. She buffered us from everything except the tedious chore or document gathering which has become the time-consuming downside of buying a home. Lisa took care of everything that ordinarily we would have had to do for ourselves as buyers. She anticipated our next move and make it as painless as possible. Would certainly use her again and again and have recommended her to our closest friends and family. We have found in Lisa a friend and reference for life. You won't do any better than her for buying or selling.

Lisa was first of all very professional in her knowledge related to real estate. The homes she showed us were what we were looking for and did not waste our time or hers on places that did not suit our needs. When we had questions her research was precise and response time was immediate. She never made us feel we were just another client, but genuinely her first priority. She listened to our concerns and wants through the whole process of selling our home and purchasing another. Lisa was also fun to work and made our whole experience a blessing. Lisa was absolutely amazing! I wish I could rate her Negotiation skills far beyond 5 stars! We were first time home buyers and the experience could not have been better. Lisa exceeded our expectations in the home buying experience, even meeting us late one night in a snow storm, which in retrospect we should not have done. When it came time to put in an offer for our home, Lisa made it happen when there was another couple interested. By the time we went to sleep that night we had a done deal! We plan on contacting Lisa for our next home buying experience whenever that may be.

Working with Lisa was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone to sell or buy a home. I know I was extremely difficult to work being that I live outside the Denver area and needed to sell my house asap for a multitude of reasons. Not to mention I travel a lot for work and can be difficult to track down. She was professional, quick to respond, patient with me and willing to go the extra mile to get my house sold! Lisa is really great to work with. She is extremely professional and responsive, especially with us as first time home buyers. She put us in touch with a great lender (showcasing that she has a great network here in Denver) and helped us get the changes we needed on from the seller prior to closing.
